🎉 Reminder: Academic Celebrations This Week!

GES Families,

We’re excited to celebrate our students’ achievements! Celebrations are spread across two days to help ease traffic. Please check your child’s schedule below.
Thursday, October 22

• Kindergarten: 10:10 a.m.
• 3rd Grade: 1:15 p.m.

Friday, October 23

• 2nd Grade: 8:45 a.m.
• 1st Grade: 10:10 a.m.
• 4th Grade: 1:15 p.m.

Important Reminders

• Bring your car tag for quick check-in and a visitor badge. Without a car tag, check in at the front office with your driver’s license.
• Visitor badges provide gym access only. Grade-level hallways remain closed to visitors.
• Students are encouraged to wear their House colors—please, no full face paint!
• Lunch visitors cannot be accommodated on celebration days.
• Instruction continues after celebrations, so we encourage students to stay for the full day. Please talk with your child before the celebration so they know you’ll be leaving afterward and they’ll remain at school to continue learning. Knowing what to expect can help make saying goodbye a little easier!
• Any early checkout must go through the front office.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our Buckeyes while keeping learning a priority! 🧡🖤
