Please read the information below regarding our upcoming Christmas parties at GES. Visitors are expected to follow all guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
 
Guidelines for Party Days

• Only 2 visitors allowed per student. We have 22-24 students in every class. 2 visitors per student places up to 73 bodies in a classroom, which far exceeds fire code (TEC-FC).
• To expedite check-in for the parties we are requiring guests to RSVP (form coming home today in Thursday folder) by December 12th. All visitors are required to have their Driver License scanned. Stop by the office prior to December 12th to pre-scan if you have not already done so this year. Those scanning on party day will have a longer wait.
• We are unable to accommodate lunch visitors on party days

Guidelines for Checking In
1. RSVP sent AND driver's license pre-scanned:  Stop at table in front foyer to receive your visitor pass (allows access to party only).
2. RSVP AND driver's license NOT pre-scanned: Must report to front office. Expect longer wait.

Guidelines for Checking Students Out Early on Party Day
Car Tag and Backpack Tag
 1. Bring child to front with you and present car tag to staff member who will verify tag# matches child's backpack tag#.
 2. Sign student out on paper log.
 
 No Car Tag and/or Backpack Tag
 1. Must sign student out in front office.
