Dear GES Families,

We’re excited to host our Academic Celebrations for K-4th grade next week. To help alleviate end-of-day rush and avoid traffic congestion, we have rescheduled celebrations over 2 separate days. Please check the schedule carefully to ensure you know your child's celebration day.

Schedule:

Check-In:

• Avoid long lines and bring your car tag for quick check-in and to receive a visitor badge.

• If you don’t have a car tag, check in at the front office with your driver’s license.

Reminders:

• Student Checkout: Please allow students to stay for the full school day, as learning will continue after the celebration. If you must check out your child early, please do so through the front office.

• House Colors: Encourage your child to wear their House colors on their celebration day. (Full face paint is not allowed.)

• Lunch Visitors: Lunch visitors cannot be accommodated on celebration days.

• Visitor Badge:  Allows access to gym only. Visitors are not allowed down grade-level halls.
