Sweet and Savory Fundraiser Delivery set for Thursday, February 27th!

Good morning GIS Families!

The fundraiser is set for delivery to our campus on Thursday, February 27th!

We will allow parents and guardians to pick up items on Thursday between the times of 12:30-2:30pm and 3:40-4:05pm.

The pick up process will go as follows:

1. Please park in the parking lot. Do not park in the breezeway. 
2. Enter through the front doors and obtain a fundraiser pick up ticket from the front office. 
3. Once you have your ticket, you will be allowed to drive around to the alley located between the school and the portable buildings. (outside the cafeteria)
4. Please present your ticket to a staff member and we will grab your delivery items. 

Any student who sold a small amount of items (one box) who rides a bus will be permitted to take that box on the school bus. If your student has multiple boxes, someone would need to make arrangements to pick up the student's items. 

Thanks for your cooperation and for following these pick up procedures to make this as smooth of a process as possible. 

We appreciate your support through out our fundraiser! Our students blew our campus goal out of the water with an approximate amount sold of $29,600!!

We will have updates on student incentives and rewards from Mr. Rainwater soon! We will also send out dates for the limousine ride and megabash party!
